A project that offers a rich program of content to help micro and small entrepreneurs keep up to date and find sustainable ways to develop their businesses.
We plan actions before and during the event to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

We want every visitor to feel welcomed and represented, and for our communities to be enriched and inspired by the wide range of innovations and ideas we promote at Fispal Food Service. We do this through:
Safrater's Tiãozinho School Bakery and Cuida Alimenta projects
This year, Fispal Food Service is honored to support the Tiãozinho School Bakery project, an initiative that transforms lives through professional training. The project offers training courses in partnership with Safrater, benefiting residents of underprivileged communities with real opportunities to learn, generate income and enter the job market.
During the fair, visitors will be able to contribute directly to the funding of the Salty Snacks and Confectionery Production courses through donations encouraged at totems throughout the event. In addition, throughout the year, the campaign will remain active on Fispal Food Service's digital channels, ensuring continued support for the initiative.
The courses are taught by SENAI, which grants professional certification to participants, increasing their chances of employability. Since the project was set up, more than 120 students have been trained and, with the support of Fispal Food Service in 2025, we hope to expand the range of courses even further, bringing training and opportunities to even more people.
Fispal Food Service will also be supporting Safrater's Cuida Alimenta project, which aims to provide quality food and adequate nutritional content for the students in the activities developed by Safrater.
In order to strengthen our partnership with the Tiãozinho School Bakery project and Cuida Alimenta, Fispal Food Service will be implementing a new program to support the project.
Better Stands is a program run by Informa Markets, organizer of Fispal Food Service and Fispal Sorvetes, which aims to achieve zero waste stands by 2030. The initiative aims to encourage exhibiting companies to abandon the use of disposable (single-use) stands and prioritize the use of reusable structures.
By making their stand designs sustainable, assemblers and exhibitors will be recognized with Gold, Silver and Bronze seals on their stands during Fispal Food Service and Fispal Sorvetes.
Designed for 2030, the last level incorporates all the elements of the Bronze and Silver levels, adding graphics, decorative items and floor coverings to ensure zero waste generation.
Planned to be completed by the year 2027, this level, in addition to including all the elements of the bronze level, should also include the reusability of all structural objects, front and overhead signage, ceilings and exhibition displays.
This level involves the construction of stands in which the components, including walls, floors, furniture, equipment and lighting are 100% reusable and with a target to be met at all Informa Markets events by next year.
Participation in the Better Stands program brings benefits to the entire events market, the main one being that the adoption of reusable structures will drastically reduce the generation of waste and consequently the environmental impact of events.
