Please note: entry with vest tops, shorts or flip-flops is not permitted. Animals of any kind are not allowed, except authorised guide dogs. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and sign a liability waiver. The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone disrupting the event. By attending, you agree that the organiser has exclusive rights to use images (photos and video) of people, stands and products for promotional purposes.

No, access to the in-person fair requires a paid ticket, ensuring a focus on business.
Tickets may be purchased online via the official website or at the venue ticket office. If you receive a VIP code from an exhibitor, you can use this when registering online.
The event is primarily for professionals in the food service sector. Organisers may ask for proof of professional activity. Those outside the sector may buy a “Non-Sector” ticket if they provide their employer’s company registration.
Professionals working in hospitality and out-of-home dining such as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, bakeries, buffets, catering, institutional food services, hotels, distributors and related businesses are considered sector professionals.
Attendance by under-16s is generally not recommended due to the business nature of the event. If necessary, they may enter only with a parent or guardian and a signed liability form. Children aged three and over must purchase a full ticket.
Yes, free shuttle vans will run from Tietê Station to the venue, starting 30 minutes before the fair opens and ending 30 minutes after it closes.

Yes: no vest tops, shorts or flip-flops; no animals except authorised guide dogs; minors must be accompanied. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.
If you receive a VIP code from an exhibitor, you won’t need to pay. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a ticket online.
FULL TICKET
The full ticket grants access to all four days of the event, at a price set according to the current sales tier at the time of purchase.The badge is personal and non-transferable, guaranteeing full access to the exhibition and all its activities.
HALF-PRICE TICKET
The half-price ticket is available exclusively to visitors aged 60 and over, upon presentation of an official photo ID.As this is a business-focused event, half-price tickets are not available for students.The price corresponds to 50% of the current sales tier, and the badge is valid for all four days of the event.
SOLIDARITY ACTION – DONATION OF 1 KG OF NON-PERISHABLE FOOD
Under the solidarity option, visitors are entitled to a 50% discount on the ticket price by donating 1 kg of non-perishable food, which must be delivered directly at the event entrance.As with the other ticket types, the badge is valid for all four days of the exhibition, with the base price determined by the sales tier in force at the time of purchase.
All donated food will be directed to the Cuida Alimenta Project, which provides quality meals to Safrater beneficiaries, in compliance with school nutrition requirements and municipal regulations.
