The SVB, Brazilian Vegetarian Society, will return to FISPAL with its Vegan Option program, which aims to help food service companies implement and / or expand their menus with dishes without animal products, for free, promoting accessibility to vegan food. Visitors will benefit from a 20-minute preliminary consultation with a specialist in this market that is growing every year. In this conversation it will be possible to identify the next steps to be taken in the post market.
